For the People of Georgia, LLC provides case management services for the Elderly and Disabled Waiver Program in Georgia. With case management services, individuals who receive SSI or are Medicaid eligible and have severe functional limitations are potentially appropriate for the program. The waiver program exists for individuals who would rather remain in their homes and communities as opposed to nursing home placement.  

Both of For The People’s owners possess over 15 years’ experience in the social, human, and customer service fields. They have worked with individuals who are elderly, disabled, developmentally and intellectually impaired, behaviorally challenged, victims of domestic abuse,  substance users, and low-income and TANF families. They have worked in the CCSP waiver in Georgia providing direct support, monitoring, and training to staff members and clients. In working with the CCSP waiver, both owners have experience and understanding of the DCH systems as well as the processes needed to meet, fulfill, and exceed clients’ needs. They have managed upwards of 700 clients in the state of Georgia and over 1,000 in other states. They both believe that all individuals should receive the ultimate care and attention.
